The young guy was in his early twenties, now lying on the ground, his body convulsing uncontrollably, his face turning a worrying shade of purplish blue. He was gasping for air, clearly in a lot of pain. The crowd around him was frozen in fear, no one daring to get closer, though one good Samaritan quickly dialed 911.

The girl kneeling beside him was just as terrified, having never faced something like this before. She was at a complete loss, only able to cry non-stop.

"Move! Move!"

Dr. Ray, who had been grabbing some stinky tofu nearby, rushed over. "I'm a doctor, please let me through!"

Upon hearing this, the crowd immediately parted to let him through.

Seeing Dr. Ray, the girl looked at him like he was a miracle worker: "Please, you have to save him! Please!"

"Lay him flat on the ground!"

She quickly did as she was told, letting go of the young man.

The young man was curled up in agony on the ground, struggling to breathe, as if he might suffocate any second.

"Has anyone called an ambulance?" Dr. Ray asked urgently.
