"I just want to smooth things over between us," Yvenne said, her eyes red and her voice shaking. "At least not be so harsh. We're classmates, after all, and it hurts our relationship to be like this. If you think it's my fault, I apologize. I'm sorry! I won't start a conversation with you again. It's my fault. Please forgive me."

She stood in front of Fiona, looking like she wanted to reach out but didn't dare, evoking pity from those watching.

Everyone thought Fiona was being too harsh.

"I don't accept," Fiona replied fearlessly, leaning back in her chair with a smirk as she eyed Yvenne. "We're all adults here. Sure, we're students, but playing these little games? You've watched too many soap operas!"

"Fiona, how can you talk like that? Yvenne's already apologized!" Sandy was so furious she could barely speak.

Fiona was the most impolite student Sandy had ever encountered, lacking even basic manners, always ready with her brash remarks.

Jackson handed Fiona a piece of candy, gently patting the back of her head. He gave her a tender smile before addressing the others. "What's going on here? Fiona hasn't done anything wrong, yet you're pushing her to forgive the one who wronged her. Is this how a teacher should act? Seems like this school needs to rethink its policies."
