The two of them were wrapped up in their own little world until Amy's phone call shattered the cozy vibe. Fiona was already in a bit of a mood and really didn't feel like picking up, but Amy was relentless, calling over and over again.

"Fiona, you need to come back," Amy's voice echoed through the line, only to be abruptly cut off before Fiona could say a word.

Feeling a bit lost, Fiona glanced at Jackson with a resigned sigh and had no choice but to say goodbye.

"It's all good, I'll take you back. We've got all the time in the world," Jackson reassured her, holding her hand as he walked her to the entrance of Westbury College.

"Goodnight, big brother."

Jackson stood at the entrance, watching her until she disappeared from view, then headed off from Westbury College.
