Noomi's scream was so loud it froze the nanny, Pamela, right where she stood and even made Theodore jump, and he had just walked in from the hospital entrance. Theodore looked down and saw a little girl sitting by his shiny shoes. Noomi had a bow on her head, a red and white princess dress, and some old-school brown leather shoes.
