"Okay, thanks." Allison hung up the phone.

She opened the package and found an exquisite pink heart-shaped gift box inside. With a frown, she lifted the lid to reveal a stunning diamond necklace that was clearly worth a small fortune. There was also a card tucked inside, simply saying, "Happy Valentine's Day."

Suddenly, it hit Allison-today was Valentine's Day. Who could have sent this? A familiar face suddenly flashed in her mind. She had bumped into Joshua at the restaurant earlier. Could it have been him? For a moment, the thought left Allison completely blank, her fingertips tingling with nerves. But she quickly dismissed the idea. When she saw him earlier, his eyes were distant and indifferent, his face expressionless, like he couldn't care less.

Could it be Zach? Just as she was pondering this, her phone rang again. She set the necklace box aside and answered the call.

"Hello, delivery."

"Delivery?" Allison was puzzled. "I didn't order any delivery."

The delivery person chuckled, "Looks like your boyfriend sent it. It's a bouquet of flowers."

"...Really?"
