After Allison got out of the hospital, she dove straight back into work, spending her days and nights untangling the Fisher Corporation cases.

These weren't your average cases, either-they were big, messy, and high stakes, with thick stacks of evidence to sort through. Even though someone had already organized everything once, Allison insisted on going over every single file herself, just to be sure.

Allison was nothing if not driven. The moment she was discharged, she threw herself into work, barely stopping to catch her breath. Most nights, she stayed late at the firm, her office glowing long after everyone else had gone home.
