"I'm coming with you," Allison said, flashing a bright grin. "I love this kind of adrenaline rush."

"I'm in too," Joshua chimed, catching up to her.

"Wait up, I'm coming!" Brian hurried after them.

Sabrina's lips twitched with a barely noticeable smile. Brian was always the scaredy-cat—he used to swear he'd never get on rides like this.

Sabrina claimed the front row, the most intense seat on the roller coaster.

Allison slid into the second row, leaving the spot next to Sabrina open for Brian.

Joshua settled in beside Allison. "Allie, nervous?"

"A little," she admitted.

Joshua's hand found hers, warm and reassuring. "Don't worry. I've got you."

Allison's heart fluttered, but she didn't pull away.

Before the roller coaster even finished its slow climb, Brian was already screaming.

Sabrina, cool as ever, rolled her eyes. "Why'd you even get on if you're this scared? No one forced you."

Brian sputtered, "I only came because you wanted to-ah!" The coaster sped up before he could finish, and his screams got even louder.

Sabrina yelled too, but her shouts were pure excitement.
