Holding her phone, Liza said anxiously, "Dad isn't answering my calls."

Garland rolled his eyes. "What's so surprising about that? He never answers my calls."

"No," Liza said. "Dad loves me the most. He's never ignored my calls."

Debra chimed in, "Could it be that he didn't see the calls?"

"No way. My dad always has his phone with him. He didn't pick up last night. By now, he should have called me back," Liza explained.
