After Drake was placed on a stretcher, Marion suggested, "I'll handle things here. You go with him."

"Got it," Debra agreed quickly, knowing only he could take care of things like that. There was no point in her lingering there.

As they were headed to the nearest hospital, Drake weakly lay in the ambulance. His body was badly bruised and covered in blood.
