Cameron’s hand was blocked by Harvey.

Harvey smiled as he looked at Cameron. He could tell Cameron was just trying to get Kairi's attention.
Safe to say, Kairi’s luck with men was simply horrible. Only perverts and idiots could be seen around her.
“Impressive speech, Young Master Cameron," Harvey said after pondering the situation. “You talk like you know Yuri well. Are you two friends?"
If Cameron was actually involved with the Masato family, Harvey wouldn't mind dealing with him. It was his fault that he kept showing off anyway!
