Chapter 5469
On the one hand, it'd be beneficial to deal with Westley's trouble as well as blow smoke at the Americans.
On the other hand, Emery wanted his subordinates to see just how kind he was to them.
Since Blaine was on his side, Emery had no choice but to mediate for Westley, no matter how much he despised Harvey.
After all, there was a huge chance that Harvey would be able to fix Westley since he could tell the problem with a single glance.
The square -faced man couldn’t help but scoff after hearing Harvey’s mocking tone.
Naturally, he always looked down on arrogant people who actually thought they were impressive just because of a few compliments.
Harvey smiled. He put his utensils down, and sized up Blaine.
“If I remember correctly...
“I must’ve told you before. I admire your talent to always look at the bigger picture.

“I won’t make things harder for you today. Just say what you want!"
Blaine squinted for a moment.
‘Til be frank then, Sir York,” he replied after pondering the situation for a moment.
"Westley had traces of America's genetic science in his body.
Did you figure that out yourself? Or did you hear that from your sources?"
Harvey smiled.
"Why would I need my sources for that? Are you looking down on me?
“It's just a small trick the Americans did after doing surgery on Westley’s head, right?
"There shouldn’t be a problem if he keeps taking his drugs.
“It's a shame the formula’s a secret even in America.
"Since all eight of the biggest financial groups in America have a part in this, it'd be almost impossible for the other countries to get the formula.”
Blaine sighed. "You do know quite a bit. Since you can tell this much, can you fix the problem too?"
"Of course,” Harvey replied calmly.
“It's really simple, too. No surgery is needed to cure Westley.
Plus, his brain functions wouldn’t be harmed at all. He can still do everything the same as before.”
Harvey sipped his tea calmly.
It was clear he wasn't bluffing.
