"What of the Six Hermit Families?
“Are they here?
"This is a big day. Nobody should be missing on this, right?"
Kairi gave out a chuckle.
"Don’t worry about them.
"They're in the John family's residence with Mr. Eliel just this afternoon.
"Mr. Eliel will soon become one of the Nine Great Elders.
"With him, Damon wouldn’t dare do anything to the Hermit Families.
"As for the Patel family, with the position of the government’s second-in-command, nobody would go against them for the time being either.
“I’ve been thinking about it. You're probably the only one capable of causing trouble tonight."
"Isn't that the whole point?
"Do we really want Damon to rise to power like this?"
Kairi merely chuckled.
Both sides had already been at war since way before.
