Half an hour later, the police car stopped in front of the police station in the outskirts’ new district
"Out!” the inspector snarled, glaring coldly at Harvey.
Harvey casually walked out before glancing around him. The outskirts were a big place, but the resources here were inferior compared to big cities.
Other than being a police station, this was also a place to detain people. Simply put, before being convicted, those who broke the law would be kept here for forty-eight hours.
Instead of taking Harvey to the main building, the inspector took him to the side, where a black building stood.
Two other inspectors glared coldly at him inside the checkroom.

"Please remove your belongings before entering. When you're cleared of your suspicion, we'll return everything to you again.”
A plastic bag was thrown on top of the wooden board in front of Harvey.
The inspector appeared somewhat greedy as he glared coldly at Harvey. Harvey smiled at the inspector; he wasn’t in a rush to put his belongings in the bag.
"You don't have a warrant or proof of my crime, nor did you even question me. To lock me up like this is a violation of law. Aren’t you afraid of suffering the consequences?”
The inspector slammed his hand on the wooden board.
“Are you teaching me how to do things, kid?!" he exclaimed.
“Let me tell you something! I’ll be fined six months' worth of salary if I do this is out of malicious intent! What can you do to me?"
Harvey smiled.
"I don't need forty-eight hours. In just half an hour, you'll be begging me to get out of here. Do you believe me?”
The inspector scoffed. "You think I’ll beg you? Over your dead body!”
Harvey started pulling out his things without saying another word.
His access card, the Black Card, his Rolex watch, and his phone...
He slowly put everything into the bag.
The inspectors' eyes lit up when they saw each item...
