He was a little shocked after hearing all those names. Were all powerful forces of the country about to gather in this very place?
"You’re not here for the bead too, are you?" Harvey asked.
Dutch froze, showing a look of surprise. He immediately realized what was going on after hearing the question.
"You can say that, but I’m not really interested in the bead either.
Still, I came here to take a look since someone’s been desperately trying to get it," he replied.
"What do you know about the bead?" Harvey said.
Dutch thought about it for a moment.
"You should know that I’m on par with a King of Arms. I'm a pretty good fighter, too.
"I haven't been coming in contact with the bead, but... I felt my stamina being sucked away as soon as I take a closer look at it. It’s as if there’s a built-in black hole inside the bead."
"Your stamina?" Harvey said.
He frowned for a moment.
"The Two-Eyed Bead will show up at the ceremony, right? Will you be in charge of security by then?"
Dutch nodded. "Yes."
"From now on, claim that you’re sick. Let someone else deal with the security work."
