Before Takai could come to his senses, Harvey took a step forward and swung his palm forward.
Compared to what Takai did, it was just a simple slap without any flashy or complicated steps.

Takai’s expression kept changing; he didn’t think Harvey could still dish out an attack after getting constantly targeted.

The tree snapped in half, and he stumbled off the ground.
Nanako and the other members of the Kawashima family gasped in disbelief.
“How is that possible?!"
They didn’t think that Takai’s killer moves were completely useless against Harvey; they didn't believe that he’d be slapped away just like that either!
These people couldn’t accept the sight in front of them.
It’d be fine if Harvey used some sort of killer move...but even his slap alone was this terrifying!
“Aaagh!”
Takai screamed in rage while covering his face; his prestige as a master was completely gone at that very moment.
His countless losses made him finally lose his cool.
“I didn’t want to use this final move on you...
“You forced me to! You did this!
"Fourteenth Slash, Ichor Fang!"
“Not interested.”
Before he could finish his move, Harvey took a step forward and appeared in front of him. Harvey then swung his leg forward.
The speed of the simple movement was enough to outpace Takai’s attack.
“No!"
