He tried to mediate the situation, yet Aliza stuck her nose and ruined everything.
Just as Harlan was about to say something, Mandy Zimmer sipped her tea before smiling.
"Mr. Harlan, I haven't deduced if the beads are actually a thousand years old.
"I’m just a businesswoman. Here is our expert.
"Please, Mr. Rhodes.”
Mandy smiled at the young man sitting in a corner.
Everyone instinctively looked over before seeing a man in a suit wearing a pair of golden-rimmed glasses.
He was tall and handsome, with a bookish yet elegant aura surrounding him.
He also seemed quite discreet. He only smiled faintly before walking over with a magnifying glass.
“He is the legendary archaeologist from the Wright family?!”
"What?! That’s him?!"
Everyone else was shocked as well.
The Wright family was the leader of the top ten families but had always been discreet.
Other than Emery and Sienna Wright, only a few people from the Wright family would show up in upper social circles.
Rhodes Wright was an exception.
He was in the upper social circle not because he was from the Wright family but because of his unique affinity toward antique appraisal.
