There were two goals that can be achieved in the situation.
Firstly, the Surreys wanted everyone to know that they gave out the beads.
Secondly, while things would be fine if they could transport the beads to the Aenar Temple safe and sound, they wouldn’t be faulted if something were to happen despite their efforts in preparing enough security.
After all, the Surreys had already done everything they could to keep the beads safe. They couldn't be blamed for anything.
As expected of Lennon to be so cunning-one simple move was enough to give his family the upper hand.
If this was anyone else, Harvey wouldn't have minded.
But since Mandy was involved, he felt the need to have a talk with Lennon.

Rhodes took a step forward, squinting at Ernie. "We know about the situation; we’ll take a look tomorrow."
"Young Master Rhodes, right?" Ernie smiled. "You represent the Wright family, not the Jean family. We're here to ask for the Jean family’s help."
Ernie looked at Mandy with a profound gaze.
Mandy frowned; she immediately understood that Ernie was going for the lady of the Jean family's oldest line of descendants, Hannah Jean.
That woman was one of the four commanders of the Border Force; she had a powerful identity and many skillful subordinates.
The Surreys wanted the Border Force to support them, too.
"There’s no need!" Rhodes said.
He could tell what Ernie was planning to do.
“Ms. Zimmer doesn’t need to be troubled for this, let alone the Jean family.
"As long as I'm here, nobody else would dare do anything!
"You’re allowed to use my name. With it, I guarantee that you’d be able to send the beads to the Aenar Temple safe and sound!"
Rhodes casually pulled out a pen and scribbled his name on a piece of paper on the table, then threw it at Ernie.
He crossed his arms, looking infinitely smug, as if he was actually invincible.
Ernie froze, then glared at Rhodes. He had heard of Rhode's name before, but he didn't expect the well-known archaeologist to be so good at showing off.
