Kyren Pedler showed a hint of rage before quickly holding it back.
"You’ve got guts, young man,” he said with a faint smile.
"After all, the young ones would always think they're above all.
"They think they're on top of the world.
“It’s a shame. Proud people like you can only earn minimum wage after graduating.
“If you can hold your pride back a little, maybe you could achieve something.
"But if you think the world revolves around you, then you must be too naive.
"You’re not worth my concern anymore."

Kyren turned around with his arms crossed.
His subordinates also coldly glared at Harvey.
"Young man, if you cast away your pride and do as my master says..." advised the elderly man, looking curious.
"Maybe he'd give you a chance to become a successful person.
"In your eyes, this may seem like humiliation.
"But when you look back after many years, you'll discover that you’ll be missing out on so many opportunities this time.
“If I had that chance, why would I become someone else's bodyguard?”
"That’s because you're powerless.
"Do you think Kyren gave me a chance? He can’t even protect himself. Who's going to give him a chance?
"Even if he can get out of here unscathed, the chances he gives are worthless to me anyway.”
“Heh! You've got guts!
The elderly man squinted at Harvey.
"I do hope I can see you rise to power one day...
"Even though the chances of that happening are close to none."
The elderly man entered the car before the convoy drove away. Only Harvey was left in the dust.
Harvey calmly turned around before looking at the desert.
In Kyren’s eyes, Harvey was utterly worthless.
He did not know the marquis of the Warrior Tribe was nothing to Harvey.
If he were willing to visit the capital of the Warrior Tribe, even the legendary Great Emperor would welcome him with respect.
