Harvey didn’t care what Stefan would do after getting the Smalt Sect’s badge.
He wanted to use Stefan to make things harder for Amos. As long as Stefan wouldn't try to bite him back, he would be fine with anything.
He even pondered to send support to Stefan if the latter couldn't handle Amos on his own.
His attention had always been on Evermore, who hadn't revealed itself for the longest time.
There were trails from the Smalt Sect hinting that Henrik and the others came from Evermore. However, judging from their way of doing things, that seemed highly unlikely.
Harvey figured that nobody was able to find out Evermore's tracks yet.

While making plans to dig out Evermore’s whereabouts in the outskirts, a day had passed.
He was just about to leave the Longmen Budokan, when a few luxury cars exuding fierce auras showed up at the front door.
He stopped in his tracks, and looked at them curiously.
The car doors opened, and a few women in dresses covered in jewelry strutted over arrogantly in their high heels.
The woman at the front was no other than Andie, someone Harvey hadn't seen in a while.
It was odd. Quincy was lying in her sickbed at this very moment...
And yet, her mother was in the mood to perfect her makeup and matched her clothes with her accessories.
After seeing the empty and rundown Budokan, the bejeweled women around her revealed utter disdain.
To the arrogant women, this place reeked of foul sweat. If it weren’t for Andie, they wouldn't have come in the first place.
They'd have to throw their high heels away after leaving here.

A huge group of fearsome bodyguards followed them. Silhouettes of their firearms could be seen through their shirts. Some of them even had credentials hung on their chests, showing off their authority.
