Harvey looked curiously at Caspian.
“How about this? I won't even fight him.
‘Til let him try and cut me three whole times. If he can even cut off a strand of my hair, I'll let him win.

“Not only would there not be a traumatizing scene, it wouldn't betray Tojo's Bushido Spirit. How does that sound?”
Tojo’s gaze was filled with rage. Harvey was completely disrespecting him for saying such a thing.
'He's just going to stand still and get himself cut? What does he think is going to happen?’
Caspian froze, but then, his eyes lit up.

“Are you serious? If Tojo does so much as to scratch you... You’ll admit defeat?”
He chuckled coldly as soon as he saw Harvey nodding his head.
He kept stopping Harvey from fighting Tojo because he was afraid of Tojo being defeated. But since Harvey would even make such an insane offer, it’d mean thatTojo could never lose.
What would there to be scared about if that was the case?
"What? You’re not still scared now, are you?” Harvey couldn’t help but chuckle when looking at Caspian's face.
Caspian showed an extremely greedy expression.
“How about this? If you lose...
"Through all the country’s major media, you'll have to announce that the country’s martial arts are inferior compared to the Island Nations’ swordsmanship! How does that sound?”
Harvey showed a faint smile.
“Sure. Still, the fun should go both ways. What are you going to do if you lose?”
Caspian chuckled coldly.
“How can we even lose? If we do, we'll announce Country H's martial arts are superior through the world's mainstream media!
How’s that?”
Harvey smiled, a playful look on his face.
“No need to go that far. After all, I have no time to supervise you. If you lose, just make a newspaper headline in the Island Nations."
Naturally, Harvey didn’t just want to embarrass Caspian, but the entire Island Nations as well.
