He was not as strong as Dorian Howell, but his reputation was superior.

As for Justin, Harvey did not ignore him either. He did not have the best of relations with Harvey. He rose to power because of his daughter but still believed Harvey was lower class.
Since he and Dorian were old friends, it would be less awkward to have some tea with him instead.
A discreet Toyota Alphard was parked before the door when a man with a square face in casual clothing emerged.
The person was none other than the Desert Province's second-in- command, Neil Osborne.
Harvey came over with a smile.
"Mr. Neil. What brings you here?"
Neil gave a chuckle.
"I heard the Islander and the other kid came to cause trouble yesterday. They must be pretty upset with the things that happened.
"I can’t believe this all happened even when I was present the day before. Sigh..."
