The fierce men rushed forward after freezing for a moment; they were holding knives and baseball bats, prepared to take action at any time.
A huge fight was about to break out.
Ray was Harvey’s personal bodyguard, and also a soldier who had been on the battlefield. He chuckled coldly, having no intention of letting these people get close to Harvey.
Bam, bam, bam!
He charged into one of the men, then grabbed the man’s knife and took down the rest with swift cuts.
After that, he quickly leaped toward Reggie.

Reggie instinctively felt threatened; he was about to stumble back, but Ray’s knife was already on his throat. A cold aura seeped out of the blade, making Reggie shiver in fear.
His face was horrible. It was clear that he was at his wit’s end.
The beautiful women screamed in fear before hiding in the corner of the room; none of them dared to take a single breath in that very moment.
"Reggie, right? You better tell your men this. Give up now, or my hand just might slip," said Ray.
Cold sweat immediately formed on Reggie’s head.
"You wouldn't dare!” he exclaimed, gritting his teeth. "This is my turf!"
Harvey stood up, wiping his fingers. “Normally speaking, we wouldn’t kill anyone, either. But if we have to... He’ll be locked up for a few days in exchange for your life. I say that’s worth it."
"Bullshit!" Reggie’s face darkened instantly. "It’s only natural to pay the same price! Do you think he’ll live after killing me?!”
"Why not?” Harvey replied, before pointing at the surveillance camera outside.
"You came in a huge group to cause trouble.
"We had to defend ourselves. Even if we kill you, it’d be considered self-defense.
“If I get a good lawyer for him, he’d be locked up for fourteen days at most. And if I’m generous enough to bail him, it’d only be a few hours before he's out.
"A few hours for your life? That’s a steal.
"Right; judging from the way you do things, you must’ve taken advantage of quite a lot of people, huh?
