When Harvey smiled while holding her glass down.
"Sorry, everyone. My woman's already... You know? Pregnant women can't be drinking, after all. She doesn't have a choice."
Xynthia knew this was just an excuse, but she still felt very shy after hearing those words.
The others knew that Xynthia was a pure lady, but they still cursed Harvey in secret for saying such disgusting things.
Cason was showing a horrible expression as well.
He thought Xynthia wouldn't find an excuse to not drink at first...
But being pregnant might just be the perfect one.
Unless the crowd could prove that wrong, forcing a pregnant woman to drink would be a horrible look on them.
After seeing Cason being shut down instantly, Veda quickly spoke up.


"Since she can't drink, we should just let her be! That said..."
Veda rolled her eyes.
"You're not pregnant, are you? You should drink for her instead! But we'll have to triple the amount of glasses you handle!"
"That's right! Triple the amount!"
Everyone spoke up in unison, forcing Harvey to drink.
Harvey showed an odd expression; he seemed hesitant to speak up.
Cason slowly came over, and glared fiercely at Harvey.
"You're not telling everyone you're pregnant too, are you? If that's the case, then so be it!"
Kylan chuckled with an odd look on his face.
"Men being pregnant has been a rumor throughout the ages, after all!"
"Even if Mr. Cason's stupid, you're not supposed to follow suit either. Young Master Rayan."
Harvey looked at Rayan as if he was the biggest joke in the town.
"You're from the top ten families; how can you not even know that much?
Men can't get pregnant."
Rayan's eyes were twitching out of rage. 'Is this bastard playing dumb? Can't he tell that everyone's just making fun of him?!'
"Fine! Since you can't get pregnant. I'll drink with you first!"
Young Master Rayan told the waiter on the side to pour two full glasses, prepared to down them with Harvey instantly.
Harvey frowned.
