The following day, Zhuri Vaus stormed Harvey York at the dining hall in the five-star hotel.
She tossed her Hermes purse on the table as she glared at Harvey with wide eyes. If looks could kill, he would have already died.
"Do you know how many calls I had to make last night because of you?
"After I made all the calls and sucked them up, I can't contact you at all?
"Who do you think you are? Why do you think you can act all high and mighty?’
According to Zhuri, she had pulled so many strings to help Harvey settle this.

After flattering all those people, she could not even find Harvey.

"If it isn't because Princess Journi secretly wants me to settle this issue for you, I couldn't even care less!"
Then, Havey asked, 'What sort of trouble am I in?'
Zhuri gave a cold smile. "Not only did you humiliate Kartier last night, you even proclaimed yourself to be Princess Journi's temporary boyfriend. Most importantly, you threatened Kartier before you left.
"Do you know Kartier is from Mr. Wright's faction?
"Crossing him means you've also crossed Mr. Wright.
"And if you crossed Mr. Wright, he doesn't have to do anything personally... He doesn't even have to say it...
"And plenty of people will be willing to shred you apart to get on Mr. Wright's good side!"
Harvey merely smiled. "Are you one of them, then?'
"You..." Zhuri felt seen.

"I don't know if it's too late, but come with me."
Harvey gave her a mischievous look and asked, "Follow you? What for?
"To grovel and beg Kartier for his mercy? Or to plead guilty?"
