"You... Good! It has been a long time since anyone acted so arrogantly in front of me!" Reggie snarled.
He smiled coldly as he inserted his right hand into his pocket under his jacket, searching for something.
"Oh, Harvey. Your ignorance and arrogance are shocking. Looks like I don't have to waste my breath with people like you. What I must do right now is kill you!"
Reggie pulled out his right hand, and a masterwork firearm appeared in his hand. He unlocked the gun's safety and put the muzzle on Harvey's forehead, a brutal smile on his face.
"Come on, why don't you start acting even more arrogantly? I know you're quite strong, but I don't think you can be even more powerful than a gun! Time has changed, Harvey!"
All the beautiful women, including Hadlee, looked at Reggie with adulation. Their hands were on their chests. He did what those men from the underworld dared to do! He took out his gun immediately when things went bad so that he could have an absolute advantage!

Harvey's fate was already decided when he went against someone as brutal and decisive as Reggie.
Harvey didn't even look at Reggie's gun, however. Instead, he gave Reggie another slap with the back of his hand.

Reggie could only watch in absolute shock. He didn't know what was happening, and his face was filled with disbelief.
There was absolute silence as everyone, including Hadlee, could only stare in disbelief. They couldn't understand what was happening in front of them.
Reggie had already pulled out his gun-it was obvious that he wanted to pull the trigger and kill Harvey in the next moment. At the very least, he should be able to control the entire room.
But what happened instead?
Why was Harvey so arrogant to the point that he could ignore the gun and give Reggie a slap? Hadlee and the others couldn't accept this.
