Hector told Mandy, "When my family buys 100 properties from you, from another angle, it's proving that none of your company's property has any problem. This also can negate the effects of what happened before."
Hector gave a cold smile after that. "In other words, I can buy the property from whomever I want. Don't you understand why I chose to buy the properties from you? If you can't even differentiate between good and bad, I suppose this is the end of our cooperation. Goodbye!"
Then, Hector stood up, pretending to leave.
"Give me a minute, Mr. Hector. My secretary is someone very straightforward and she can easily offend someone. I know you're very patient, so please don't take her too seriously," said Mandy.
Then, she quickly gave Maya a look and said, "You better be able to produce some sort of evidence to prove that everything you said is real."

Maya was slightly stunned. "Ms. Mandy, I..."
"Judging from your expression, I assume you have no evidence at all?' Mandy's expression became even colder, and so did her voice.
"You accused the VIP that the Ninth -Branch Company has been waiting for without any evidence. Don't you think you should pay a price and explain this to me? Not to mention that even if you're right and he only pays US the 30% deposit, it's already good enough to deal with the cash flow issues we are facing.

"If you're telling me you're suspicious of him because of your intuition, then I'm sorry. Because mine tells me that he's completely fine," Mandy said as she had already picked up the pen once more and was going to sign the agreement.
"No! Don't do it!" Maya was truly anxious. "Ms. Mandy, thanks to how some of our own were selling the properties internally, even if we sold the remaining properties, it would only barely be enough to break even.
"But if we lose all 100 properties and only receive the deposit, then it's truly over for US. I'm not trying to be reasonable here.
