Chapter 6449
"That's right," Harvey nodded.
The woman briefly gave Harvey a good look, and a meaningful glint appeared in her eyes. After that, she gestured to a direction with her left hand and said, "This way, please."
The two of them quickly arrived at an office renovated from a residential manor.
The office was not that big, measuring about 1075 square feet.
However, not only was it filled with vibes from the classical era, but some antiques were also used as decorations. While it looked simplistic, it made the entire office luxurious and opulent.
Pottery from the 10th century, a horse statue from the 13th century, fabric from the 16th century.... Plenty of antiques were being placed here, just the starters.

One was a perfectly preserved vase from the 10th century, and it alone was worth a fortune.
Harvey glanced at them before following the woman to an upholstered sofa made from the finest pear wood. An old man wearing a traditional garb was taking a sip from his teacup as he sat on the sofa. He did not raise his head even when someone had already arrived.
The woman quickly walked over to him, bowed before refilling his teacup with more tea, and said, "Mr. Elric, Harvey is here."
Harvey squinted his eyes. He noticed that the woman did not address him "Mr. Harvey", but just Harvey.
Elric raised her head when he heard the woman's words and gave Harvey a look. After a while, he smiled and said, "Prince York of South Light, CEO of Sky Corporation, and the youngest member to sit in our Commercial Group's board of directors. Young, but very impressive."
Harvey gave a faint smile and said, "Seems like you have mistaken something. Not only am I the youngest member of the board of directors, I will also be the youngest chairman, correct?'
Elric let out a laugh when he heard what Harvey had to say. "You have pride! Good, very good. Come, have a seat. I didn't have that kind of pride when I was your age."
Elric sounded like he was praising Harvey, but if one were to consider what he said carefully, seemingly saying that Harvey didn't know his place.
Harvey pretended not to understand and said with a smile, "Thank you for your praise. I'm young, but what's the point of being young if I act like old men who already have one foot in the grave, all dull and lethargic?'
"Haha! You're right, you're right," replied Elric with a smile, as if he did not understand what Harvey meant, too.
