“The place’s owner, Ms. Lee, is CEO Ruiz’s favorite!”

“If you disrespect her, you disrespect CEO Ruiz!”

“Every single one of you will die horribly!”

Idris gritted his teeth as he warned Harvey and the others.

After hearing the Newgate Chamber of Commerce, the people around looked at each other.

The Evergreen Capital Group was quite impressive, but it was only because of their money.

The Newgate Chamber of Commerce, however, was different.

To put it bluntly, they were gangsters of the underworld living in the gray area after getting whitewashed.

Vienna’s face darkened at that instant.

“Even if you’re not thinking for yourself, at least think for Mandy’s sake! Think of the Jean family’s ninth branch and the Zimmer Enterprise!”

“At this point, you’re taking us all down with you!”

“We’re all innocent!”

“Mandy and her family will be fine with me around.”

“Thomas will be fine for standing out against this injustice, too.”

“That said, you people who take the side of evil will have a problem…”

“A big problem, in fact.”

“Us? Oh, my! I’m so scared!”

Vienna scoffed, a disdainful look on her face.

“If you

don’t let him go, we won’t take care of the situation for you anymore!” Jovie seethed.

“You better not regret it!”

She then glared furiously at Mandy.

“You need to talk your live-in husband out of this, Mandy! Do you want him to drag us all down?”

“Why would he go against Young Master Saban in a place like this?”

“He’s insane!”

“Even if he’s completely fearless, the rest of us need to survive!”
