Chapter 29 THE PARTY

Just then she opened her eyes and her breath hitched when she saw him.

"Ja.. jason.." She mumbled and he smiled.

She gently released her grip on him while he helped her adjust well.

"I.."

"You're here already.." She said and he nodded.

"I don't waste time. Moreover, let's get this over with. I have another meeting to attend to.." He said and she scoffed.

"You always have meetings, don't you have time to rest?" She asked him as they began to walk to the site.

Jason paused.

"How about your sister?" He suddenly asked and Elle's eyes widened.

"Why.. I mean why are you suddenly asking about her?" Elle returned the question.

"No reason. I just felt like hearing her voice again. I like her. She's very smart and outspoken. Her parents should be very lucky to have her.." He said and Elle paused.

When he said that, she felt guilty immediately. Guilty that she was keeping him from his daughter!

Her eyes were starting to get teary. Should she tell Jason the truth? Will he ever forgive her after learning the truth? Will her daughter be safe from the Madison's.

All she wanted was for her daughter to ge safe and also her revenge mission to be successful. She would literally do anything to achieve that.
