As as the press conference was done, James stepped out with his bodyguards hovering around him. Immediately the reporters and the press attacked him.

'What do you have to say, Mr governor? Are the allegations true?" A lady asked and James smiled.

"If it was so true, I would have been arrested by now but as you can see, I'm walking free.." He replied.

"And you know we are in the days whereby Technology rules the world. Someone must have framed me up. I hope you all understand that.."

James sighed again and then smiled sadly.

Did you really think I will go as far and stoop so low just to gain power, I believe every one has their time to serve and I think my time is up. Let another faithful person take over from me. I will gladly support the person and I will make sure that this election is conducted, free and fair.." He said and the reporters nodded, satisfied with the answers.

"I know I might sound absurd but that's the truth. I believe Mayor Langford was not kidnapped. He only went into hiding to deceive you all and gain the sympathy of the people, so when he is found, he won't have a hard time winning the elections. That's his strategy, I presume.."
