**Avery**

After Cassius made me breakfast and we both were quite full, he drove me to school in his black sports car. It still feels

alien to me to be seen in public with The Trio especially riding with them. But they are my mates and I will adapt in time.

When we pull into the school parking lot, everyone stops and stares. Cassius turns to me and takes my face into his

hands. “Let them look at who only I can touch. I have the most beautiful and amazing mate.” Then he kissed me

passionately. As our tongues danced to an imaginary beat, the taste of our breakfast began to fade and all I could taste was him. He became my world as everything and everyone else faded into the background. We pulled away, panting and

aching with longing. Cassius whispered, “We will continue this later, little mate. Now be a good girl and let’s get this day

over quickly because I am not sure how long I can behave.”

I felt my cheeks heat as my panties dampened. I bit my lip and nodded in response. Cassius chuckled as he got out and

opened my door. As we were walking into the school, Trisha came running up. “Oh my God! You mated!” She hugs me

and whispers, “His bite marks are all over you, aren’t they?”

“What!” I exclaim in shock. She giggles as she takes my hand. Cassius growls. I lean up and give him a soft kiss. “It is

okay. I told you that she’s my friend. We need some girl talk time and then I am all yours…I promise.” I see his eyes

return to that beautiful shade of blue before he kisses my forehead. Trisha walked me to my locker and the restroom

to cover some of my hickies. I had read about them, but
