Eliza was finally discharged from the hospital and decided to check the company's intranet forum. To her surprise and relief, the posts accusing her of being a rapist's sister were gone. Instead, the forum now featured a statement against defamation, emphasizing company image protection and banning rumor-mongering. This directive had come straight from the CEO's office. The forum had quieted down considerably since then.

Still, Eliza was uncertain about returning to work.

Her phone buzzed with a message from Molly.

[Eliza, when are you planning to come back to work? You've used up all your annual leave.]
