Avery was overjoyed at the compliments she received. Upon arriving at her office, she spotted a

bouquet of red roses on her table and the smile on her face instantly froze.

It was not an ordinary bouquet; it contained at least ninety-nine roses and had taken up the space of

over half of her desk.

Only a man would send a woman ninety-nine roses when he was trying to pursue her.

She placed her purse on the table and ran her fingers through the petals to find a hand-written note,
