A crew member followed right after, hauling the luggage.

Marissa held Tessa's arm and led her all the way to the room where she would be

staying for the next two days.

"Tessa, this is your room," Marissa murmured, sounding somewhat guilty.

Tessa nodded. "Thank you."

Then, Marissa turned to Stephen, pointed at the door diagonally across from

Tessa's, and said, "Stevie, your room is over there."

Tessa froze slightly when she heard that. Marissa had arranged for them to stay

separately.

Tessa lowered her gaze but said nothing.

Stephen's eyes were cold as he shot a look at Marissa before saying, "Don't

bother. I'll be staying with Tess."

Marissa's lashes fluttered slightly before hastily adding, "Tessa's room is single.

It'll be too cramped if you stay with her."

The cruise ship had over a hundred guest rooms available, all fully equipped and

luxuriously decorated. There was even a helipad on the deck.
