That night, Stephen dropped by Tessa's villa to have dinner with her. Wynn had gotten used to this arrangement and did her best to minimize her presence as much as possible. She disappeared immediately after dinner was over.

Stephen propped his head on his palm and watched her for a few moments before saying, "I'm not sleepy yet. I won't be able to fall asleep."
