Kenneth raised his eyebrow arrogantly as if he was showing off.
He didn’t mind being mean to anyone except Cassandra. He would give her whatever she wanted. If he didn’t have it, he would do everything he could to get it.
But Cassandra had no idea what they were thinking about and continued to eat the food.

He has been feeling guilty for 18 years and finally found Cassie. Naturally, he wants to spend more time with her. I just want to make him happy.”
Maximilian seemed to be in good shape but he was old after all. He was weak. There had been signs that he could have a stroke so he couldn’t have any mood swings.
