The pain in her heart suddenly vanished as her hand dropped to her lap. Hope heard it wrong. Why did she have to marry the Lycan, who was rumored to kill people around him? Her life was already in hell.

“Father, I–I can–cannot,” Hope stuttered again. However, she gathered the courage to refuse her father.
