Harper hadn't eaten much all day. Therefore, once she returned to the Pineview Villa, she asked the kitchen to prepare some spaghetti.

As she looked at the spaghetti and smelled its aroma, which would normally make her stomach growl with hunger, she suddenly felt waves of nausea and the urge to vomit. Harper thought it was just because she was too hungry. However, just as she was about to take a bite, she couldn't suppress the overwhelming nausea anymore.

She then rushed to the bathroom and retched continuously.
