Multiple conditions are required for the successful creation of a skill or skill tree: The user is required to describe the intended ability in detail before a skill model can be computed for its feasibility. To bring the skill or skill tree into fruition, [Skill Points] are required. The amount of [Skill Points] needed is dependent on the type of skill being created.
