Over the eons of time, some Galaxies developed in different directions as they obtained unique realms or resources, these differing resources and treasures being one of the major reasons why you had some powerful forces spreading their power to multiple Galaxies in the Dark Universe.

The treasures that caused greed were mostly ones that increased the realms of beings rapidly or increased law comprehension, and there was even an ancient myth that there existed Ultimate Treasures in some unique galaxies that granted Traits!

This caused some galaxies in the Dark Universe to be given more attention than most.
