As the group with Chronos monitored and planned, another group was also observing Noah's movements carefully!

The group of Hegemonies that had all sworn an Oath under Oathkeeper were keeping watch over the happenings of the 9 affected Universes, and two Hegemonies were doing so for the Animus and the Necrotic Universe.
