Above Noah's head, the Star of Conquest shone brilliantly in the Necrotic Universe as he looked at the glorious and grotesque appearance of the Manifested Seven Deadly Sins.

It was putting another 7 Existences at the same level as him on his lap, and the auras of these beings were unlike any other PARAGONS as it was even more oppressive than the Lich Emperors!

Now, Noah just needed to test them against his enemies as he marched forward in the Necrotic Universe while outside of it, word had begun to pass around the allied Hegemonies as even Oathkeeper stopped what he was doing to once again pay attention to a certain Paragon.

A brand new never before seen Dao had appeared, something that puzzled many as nobody had sensed the birth of a new Dao in the Primordial Cosmos since the most recent birth of an artificial Dao by the Hegemony of Summoning- Valentina!

The birth of a Dao was always a showy affair, its essence reverberating out across a Universe as it was knowledge that would be spread quickly. So in seeing a brand new type of Dao they had never come across on top of the body of the Tyrannical Lich Emperor, it was an affair that was taken seriously as its mere implications were stupendous.

Actually, they weren't even wrong with the belief that any artificially birthed Dao would cause a huge commotion during the time of its birth, it was just that when Noah created his Daos...the commotion was spread among the single Dark Universe that was floating far from the Primordial Cosmos!

The figure of Oathkeeper used the wondrous capabilities of the [Wings of Primordial Destiny] as he teleported near the Hegemony keeping watch outside the boundary of the Necrotic Universe.

His powerful eyes honed in on the shimmering white star above the moving Lich's head as they shone sharply, even someone of his caliber confirming that this was a brand new Dao Essence they had never come across before!

This meant that either a Universal Hegemony had created a Dao they didn't know about and Noah was using it, or the even more impossible possibility of the Paragon before them being the Architect of the Dao.

Towards this, Oathkeeper could only begin by asking the Hegemony that was most closely linked to this Paragon.
