Out of the 9 Universes that were affected by the Universal Amalgamation of the Antiquity, the Microbial and the Chthonian Universes were the only ones to be freed as it left behind 7 Universes that still had Universal Constructs standing strong within them.

From these 7 Universes...Noah had completely conquered three of them as they didn't even have any existence living within their vast stars, only having the Universal Constructs and the Hegemonies that protected them!
