There was no specification on the TABOO Relic APEX, but the mere details of the Quasi-TABOO Relic were utterly disastrous for all of Noah's enemies!

It granted a base of 10 True Reality Damage Values to all of his attacks and abilities as something like the Ascendant Reality Fireball that had 10 Damage Values could now display 20! It meant that once utilized through his Halos…it could reach upwards of 2,000 True Reality Damage Values alone!
