In the Aeonic Haven of Oceanus.

There was no earth or sky.

All around…there was only an endless stellar blue sea that filled everything.

Cerulean beauty and wonder was stretched throughout as in a small corner of this vast Haven known as Oceanus, there was a Plane of Existence that shone with a milky white hue.

The entire Plane was utterly empty and void of life except for a single being within it, and yet outside of it in the endless cerulean sea, millions of multicolored sea Beasts swam peacefully!

The single existence within this milky white plane was currently in a seated position as around him, streams of potent Hyperversal Extremity swirled with wonder, the auras of over 20 Absolute Dynamis of Extremity at the very minimum swimming around him as one never knew how many more were hidden within.

He was adorned in a simple white robe, his facial features handsome, but not exceedingly so as his extremely light caramel skin radiated purity and wonder.

His dark hair brilliantly stood with a light fade on the sides as he seemed like a distinguished man barely in his prime!

His pupils were constantly spinning with multicolored light as if a whole stellar system moved within, and a small sword lay on his lap that he was stroking calmly.

He was a man of many names, but the vast majority knew him as Emperor Shao.
