I had talked Sephie into taking a bath. She was stressed, but she wouldn’t tell me why in front of the other guys. I’d felt her anger briefly that afternoon, but she wouldn’t come clean on why that happened either. I knew she’d tell me once we were alone. Or I could fish it out of her head.
