Wilbur looked down at the beast every now and then as he rose. The enormous creature was currently lying at the bottom of the ocean as if it were worshiping Wilbur.

The beast's demeanor confused Wilbur. Despite the fact that Dashan myths spoke of dragons ruling the ocean, they were still considered fictional at the end of the day, and Wilbur did not particularly believe in them.

Now that he was seeing an ocean beast in real life laying at the bottom of the ocean meekly bowing to him, Wilbur realized that those Dashan legends might be real after all. The dragons might have actually been the ruler of the ocean, else the ocean beast would not have bowed to it so obediently.

Within a minute, Wilbur had returned to the shore from the bottom of the ocean. The staff came over to take the chains and clasp off of Wilbur.
