Chapter 946: Be Careful, He Might Set Off Fireworks at Your Funeral

In the grand hall, Warren and Logan sat at the head of the table. Their children were seated on either side in two neat rows. Jared sat quietly beside Marie, his presence understated but noticeable.

Warren's cheerful demeanor filled the room. He had ordered the finest tea and pastries to honor the occasion. After all, today was a joyful day-two families were coming together to discuss the marriage of their grandchildren. Hospitality, on such a day, was paramount.

Logan, however, wasted no time. As soon as he was seated, he dove straight into the matter at hand. "Warren, let's skip the formalities. Alina and Ruud's wedding is already behind us. Now, we need to finalize the arrangements for the younger two. We can't delay this any further."

He leaned forward, his tone firm but warm. "By the end of next month, they must be married. It's my wish, as an old man, to see this settled."

Warren smiled, nodding in agreement. "It's time. Their wedding should proceed, but let's ensure everything is done according to their preferences. It's their day, after all."

Logan was surprised by how smoothly things were going. He had anticipated resistance. After all, Ruud was reluctant to part with his beloved daughter, Tina, so soon. And Warren, who had only recently welcomed a granddaughter, would naturally want to keep her close a little longer. Logan had prepared for a battle of words, but it seemed unnecessary.

"Haha, of course!" Logan laughed heartily. "The Farrell family heir's wedding will be grand and splendid. Tina will be treated like a queen-she'll have no reason to be anything but satisfied. And rest assured, after the wedding, the two of them will live on their own. They can visit as often as they like."

Warren raised his glass of wine, clinking it lightly with Logan's. "With that assurance, I have no concerns."

"Now then," Logan continued, pulling out a detailed list. "Let's discuss the wedding arrangements."

Suddenly, Ruud spoke up. "Wait a moment!"

Logan froze. He had expected this. He knew it wouldn't be that easy.
