Calvin’s eyes widened in surprise. “I heard some buzz coming from the Scott Group earlier and thought something might be up. So, it’s true!” He paused, processing her words before breaking into a satisfied smile. “Sean’s a fine young man. If you’re happy, we won’t stand in your way. But… we haven’t met his parents yet. Don’t you think we should hold off on planning the wedding until then?”
