Chapter 24 Pressuring Erin to Get Pregnant

lan and Erin felt awkward when they heard Mary’s words.

“Mom, why would you bring up the topic of having children out of nowhere?” lan was the first to speak. Losing his appetite, he put down

his spoon.

“Why can’t we talk about it? You and Erin have been married for a year now. Look at your cousin. He’s three years younger than you and already a father. His wife even gave birth to twin sons. I’m not expecting you to have twins, but at least have a baby.”

Listening to her mother–in–law urge her to get pregnant made Erin regret following lan home. Their act seemed never–ending…Thinking
